Limen Edge was built on the belief that industrial software should be as simple and reliable as the infrastructure we already trust on the server side. Too many edge tools ship with bloated UIs, opaque middleware, and configuration formats that change every quarter. We took the opposite path.
The result is a single, self-contained binary that speaks OPC UA, Modbus TCP, EtherNet/IP, and MQTT 5.0. It is read-only during Early Access because writing to controllers is high-consequence, and we want to get it right before it reaches production floors at scale.
Bootstrapped, opinionated, and intentionally small. We would rather ship something that works flawlessly for four protocols than something half-baked for twenty.
